Who is Alexander Junior?

Alexander Junior (AJ) is a certified self-defense & fitness instructor with a black belt in Krav Maga. He is a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu self-defense pacticitioner, a CrossFit Certified Coach, a former Mixed Martial Arts champion, and a Boxing and Muay Thai/Kickboxing practitioner.

AJ has over 10 years of experience in leading group classes, self-defense seminars, and one-on-one training. AJ’s training specializes in training for realistic and practical self-defense, women only self-defense and empowerment, and fighter training & conditioning for fitness. He has several years of experience in gym membership operations, marketing, and sales with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University.

As an MMA fighter, AJ brings a unique perspective to the mat during each class he teaches. He also makes it a point to explain how the defenses taught are applicable in real world situations. You can see his passion for the fight reflected in his ability to effectively explain, demonstrate, and answer any questions regarding any technique. His skills and contagious positive energy are what initially drew me to his classes and are what keep me coming back.
